Je fais maintenant du yoga et de l'aqua-forme...j'aurais jamais penser que ca pouvait faire un bien fou. Pour le yoga, en sortant du cours je me sens tellement relaxer mais en même temps c'est comme si j'étais remplis d'énergie...assez pour avoir envie de courir un marathon. Pour l'aqua-forme, c'est pas compliquer...ca fait du bien de ne plus sentir mon poids supplémentaire dans l'eau.
